Matthew Greeley, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Matthew Greeley is Founder and CEO of Brightidea, the global leader in On-Demand Innovation
Pipeline Management (IPM) software.
Prior to founding Brightidea, Matthew consulted for Wrenchead.com, helping them to raise capital
at a $100 million valuation from investors including: Polaris Ventures, Goldman Sachs, and CBS Corporation.
Before joining Wrenchead.com, Matthew co-founded Silicon Valley enterprise software provider Alyanza Software,
which was acquired by Niku eight months after founding, yielding triple digit returns to early investors.
Matthew began his career at FMK Advisors, an east coast hedge fund, where he focused on marketing and fund raising.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and studied
Creativity and Marketing at Stanford University.

Vincent Carbone, Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Vincent Carbone co-founded Brightidea with Matthew Greeley. Bringing strong business
and technological leadership to the organization, he is responsible for managing the
day-to-day activities of the company as well as contributing to its strategic growth.
In addition, Vincent oversees the implementation and overall success of the company's
largest customers and projects.
Prior to Brightidea, Vincent was an account manager at McCaffery, Ratner, Gottlieb
and Lane where he successfully managed projects for the Warner-Lambert family of
companies and Olympus of America.
Vincent holds an MBA in International Business from Clemson University's CIMBA
program.

Claus Abildgren, Vice President of Sales
Claus Abildgren is Vice President of Sales for Brightidea, responsible for accelerating profitable growth for the company. Prior to joining Brightidea, Claus was the Director of Global Channel Strategy at Invensys, where he also led a corporate wide innovation program across the organization. In addition to his first hand experiences with driving an innovation agenda, he brings over 12 years of global sales and management expertise to the company.
As a passionate customer advocate, Abildgren creates tangible results via hands-on business leadership, technology expertise as well as a deep-rooted understanding of the challenges facing Brightidea's current and future customers. Abildgren holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Technical University of Denmark and graduated with honors from the MBA program of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

Sandra Ponce de León, Vice President of Marketing
Sandra Ponce de León is the Vice President of Marketing at Brightidea,
responsible for corporate marketing strategy, demand generation and product
marketing activities to fuel the company’s growth. As a veteran digital marketer,
Sandra brings over a decade of experience to the role having previously led B2B
marketing efforts in social business software, digital advertising and mobile
marketing. Prior to Brightidea, Sandra held several executive positions with
leading technology companies, most recently as Director of Marketing for Socialtext,
a social software pioneer. Sandra also was Vice President of Marketing at
HipLogic, a mobile marketing company, which was acquired by Zynga. Additionally, Sandra led her own
independent marketing consultancy focused on technology start-ups and held marketing
leadership roles at Buzzlogic (12Fold Media) and LookSmart.
As a technology marketing visionary Sandra is passionate about developing integrated
programs designed to reach and engage innovation leaders. Sandra holds a BA in Global
Economics from UC Santa Cruz.

Jason Hardy-Smith, Vice President of Product Management
Jason Hardy-Smith is Vice President of Product Management for Brightidea. An expert in the development lifecycle
of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise software, Jason brings over 15 years of expertise and vision to our product team.
Jason spent over ten years at Oracle developing and bringing key global applications to market, including the Oracle Project
Management and Oracle SFA suites. Prior to joining Brightidea, he led design and product management for several successful
first-to-market SaaS products, including BLUEROADS' Channel Focused Lead Referral Management.
A leader, visionary, and technology expert, Jason drives user experience, product roadmap, and product marketing of the Brightidea suite. Jason holds an honors degree in electronic engineering from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.

Luis Ostdiek, Vice President of Technology
Luis Ostdiek currently leads the Advanced Technology and Infrastructure groups at
Brightidea and assists the company with key clients on the role of Innovation
software in their Web 2.0 roadmaps. Luis joined Brightidea from IBM where he was the
youngest-ever technologist to be named a Distinguished Engineer. While at IBM, he
served as chairman of the Architecture Board and worked closely with eBay and
Linden Labs, the creators of Second Life. As part of this role, he advised IBM
executives and clients on the impact of Web 2.0 technologies in the workplace. In
addition, as IBM's chief architect to eBay, he developed solutions that allowed the
online auction site to scale from 20 million to over 200 million users. Luis has also
filed five patents on his work on highly-scalable systems.
