FAQ

THE CONFERENCE

What is Synthesize?

Synthesize is Brightidea’s annual user conference for customers, partners, developers and innovation experts to explore the latest innovation management trends, best practices, product roadmap updates and hands-on product training. The conference includes two days packed with keynotes, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including a party on the night of Wednesday, October 11.

Where and when will it be held?

The conference will kick off on Wednesday, October 11 with a keynote and a series of presentations by guest speakers at SFMOMA, San Francisco’s iconic museum of modern art. SFMOMA is located at 151 3rd St, San Francisco, CA 94103. The following day, workshops will be held at the Marker Hotel, located at 501 Geary St, San Francisco, CA 94102.

How is it different from Birds of a Feather?

In the past, we held annual Birds of a Feather (BOF) events where we focused on facilitating industry conversations. Synthesize continues in that vein while also providing the tools, resources, and networking necessary to help our customers maximize the success of their innovation efforts. There will be top industry speakers, informative workshops, and hands-on product training. We’ll also present our product roadmap and company vision for the coming year, and give you a chance to meet more of the Brightidea team in person. In order to preserve the intimacy of BOF we’ve also begun to run regional conferences based on industry. If a customer would like to host an event for their industry let us know!
