Pipeline is an On-Demand service. The software is installed and maintained by Brightidea personnel. The service is reliable, secure, and requires minimal capital investment. New releases and updates are automatically installed at the Brightidea host location, with no involvement of a company's IT department. Both administration and end-user participation is through the internet, using any standard web browser.
