Brightidea's products are used by over 350 customers worldwide, including Cisco, Emerson, Bristol Myers Squibb, Bosch, and the U.S. Department of State.


Bosch and Brightidea InnovationBosch is a world leader in the manufacturing, development and engineering of hardware and home appliances. Founded in 1886, with offices in 50 countries and more than 200,000 employees, the German company represents one of the most recognized and respected names in its industry.

Faced with an abundance of ideas but with no means for implementation, Bosch came to Brightidea seeking a better way to manage their extremely critical new invention and innovation process.

Brightidea implemented a solution which helped gather, evaluate and manage the innovation process across multiple divisions, departments and countries.

As a result of the Brightidea Solution, Bosch was able to develop and launch innovative new products, which not only increased revenues, but also helped reaffirm Bosch's position as the global industry leader.


Cisco and Brightidea InnovationCisco Systems Cisco Systems is a world leader in high tech software and hardware solutions.

Cisco used the Brightidea Platform to support their highly successful Cisco I-Prize, an innovation competition intended to create new business opportunities for Cisco.

As a result of the I-Prize Competition, Cisco has selected and funded what they call "billions of dollars" in potential revenue generating projects.


British Telecom and Brightidea InnovationBritish Telecom (BT) is one of the world's leading providers of communications solutions serving customers in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Seeking radical Innovation for its 20 million plus customers, BT chose Brightidea for employee Innovation Management.

BT deployed Brightidea Enterprise, a program which encompassed the Idea Management of over 140,000 global employees.

As a result of its focus and priority on Innovation, BT has maintained a firm hold on its place at the forefront of a rapidly changing and competitive industry.


Bristol Myers Squibb and Brightidea InnovationBristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) Company, is an $18 billion pharmaceutical company with a global presence and over 44,000 employees.

Facing extreme pressure and competition from lower cost generic drug makers, Executives at BMS sought-out Brightidea's On-Premise system.

With smaller companies producing generics at much lower costs, studies found that 2/3 of BMS expenses were absorbed by a global network of suppliers.

BMS called upon Brightidea to design processes and incentives to cut costs within its vendor network.

Known internally as IdeaBank, the program allows any supplier in the network to suggest ideas for cost-savings or improved efficiency.

Thanks to the overwhelming success of the program (which generated ideas from over 3000 vendors), BMS asked Brightidea to implement a similar internal program for its entire global workforce.


Emerson and Brightidea InnovationEmerson Process Management, an Emerson business, is a leader in business automation, processing and distribution, with a focus on industries such as: chemical, oil and gas, refining, power, food and beverage and pharmaceutical.

Emerson Micro Motion division selected and has been using the Brightidea system for over 5 years to help facilitate the award-winning Business Improvement Program (BIP).

Deployed to improve efficiency and help manage ideas of frontline workers, BIP has saved the company millions in reduced costs, and at the same time, improved safety.

The Brightidea Solution has allowed Micro Motion to efficiently collect and manage the ideas of front line workers, resulting in millions of saved dollars.

The program has also improved employee morale through the integrated Rewards and Recognition module.
